How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After shipping, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days and international orders in 7–21 business days.
How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the order total.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as the order has not already been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow our return process. Email info@butterflyszn.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Email info@butterflyszn.com with your order number to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead.
Can I return a bundle?
Bundles must be returned as a complete set — we can't process partial bundle returns. For bundles that include digital products, only the physical items may be returned.

What format are the digital journals?
All digital journals are fillable PDF files. You can type directly into each section on your phone, tablet, or computer, or print pages to complete by hand.
Are digital products refundable?
Digital products are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all digital sales are final.
Why is there a watermark on my digital journal?
Each digital copy is watermarked with your order details to protect against piracy and fraud. This ensures your copy is secure and authentic. If the watermark is affecting your experience, please contact us at info@butterflyszn.com and we'll work with you on a solution.
My download link expired. Can I get a new one?
Yes! Download links are time-limited for security. Email us at info@butterflyszn.com and we'll reset your access.
Can I share my digital journal with someone?
Each digital journal is licensed for personal use only and tied to your order. Sharing or redistributing copies is not permitted.
Is the digital journal the same as the physical one?
Yes — the digital edition includes the same content, Heartwork exercises, and guided framework. The only difference is the format: it's fillable and instantly accessible.

Do you offer payment plans?
Klarna is available at checkout for eligible orders, which allows you to split your purchase into installments.
