Step 2: Match the emotion to the unmet need
Fear, anger, and sadness all point to different needs.
Step 3: Choose one small action
Ask: What can I do right now to meet this need?
That’s the interruption.

Return Policy
At Butterfly Szn, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
