Return Policy
At Butterfly Szn, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@butterflyszn.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
