Refund policy
We want you to love your Butterfly SZN purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@butterflyszn.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@butterflyszn.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been batched for shipping. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned following the process above.
To request a cancellation, email info@butterflyszn.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@butterflyszn.com so we can make it right.
Digital Products
All digital product purchases (including digital journal editions) are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital products are delivered as watermarked, fillable PDF files licensed for personal use only. Each file is tied to your order and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed. Download links are available for a limited time after purchase. If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us at info@butterflyszn.com and we'll reset your access.
Bundles
Bundle purchases must be returned as a complete set. We are unable to process partial returns on bundled products. The full bundle must be returned in its original condition to receive a refund.
For bundles that include both physical and digital products (such as The Transformation Bundle), only the physical items may be returned. The digital portion of the bundle is subject to the digital products policy above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items not in their original condition, or missing original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU 14-day cooling-off period. Items must still be in original, unused condition with original packaging.
