Work through the journal first, or alongside it. When you finish a section, pull the matching set of cards. Solo: draw one, read it twice, and write or sit with it before moving on. With others: pass the deck, each person draws, and the person holding the card answers first. There's no order within a set and no wrong way to answer. One card a day for 52 days is a full pass; so is one card whenever you need it.

Do I need the Guided Transformation Journal to use this?

Yes. The deck is written to follow the journal, exercise by exercise. Each card asks you to go further into something you've already worked through on the page, so the journal is where the answers come from. If you haven't started it yet, start there and add the deck when you're ready to go deeper.

The Pattern Interrupt Card is one card for the moment a pattern is about to run. This deck is 52 cards for sitting down afterward and going deeper into what you've learned.

That's the point. It works solo, but it was built for two or more: a friend doing the work with you, a partner, a book club, a group. The person who draws the card answers first.
